Meet Lynda Guarnieri

Listings & Contracts Coordinator: She has been licensed and active in the local real estate market since 2002, giving her the necessary experience, knowledge and ability that are required to handle customer needs with excellence. Lynda is a well seasoned closing coordinator involved with each transaction to ensure that all paperwork is complete and timelines are met. She tracks the status of loans, appraisals, surveys, title commitments and HOA documents as well as helps to negotiate contracts and repairs as needed. Another important focus is the communication with other agents who have potential buyers for our listings. She is also responsible for the marketing of all listings and meeting advertising deadlines in various publications. Lynda's high energy level, thoroughness and attention to detail is a real asset in the fast-paced real estate industry.
